Privacy notice

This notice explains how Ayberk Dündar (“I”) handles information sent through this website and during a review. Contact: ayberk@fnbperformancedesk.com.

Request form

The form collects your name, work email, property details, a short description of your F&B issue and your preferred written contact method. I use these details only to reply to your request and, if you become a client, to deliver the work. I do not sell or share them, and I do not add you to a newsletter.

Requests are stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare and are only accessible to me. Requests that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. You can ask for deletion at any time in writing.

Client files

• Files are never uploaded through this website. After the data check, they are shared through a private link that you control, restricted to my address, and can close at any time.
• The review uses item sales, prices and costs. It does not require guest personal data, card data or individual payroll records. Please remove these from any export.
• Your data is used only for your review. It is never shared with or used for other clients.
• Source files are deleted within 30 days of final delivery unless you ask me in writing to keep them for ongoing work.
• I will sign your non-disclosure agreement before you send files.

Website analytics

This site does not use advertising cookies. If page analytics are enabled, they use a cookie-free, privacy-friendly service that counts visits and button clicks without identifying you.

The sample report and workbook on this site are a fictional demonstration using illustrative data. They do not describe any real property or client.
